Estonian Competition Authority has approved LNG terminal rules

Estonian Competition Authority has apporved LNG terminal rules. The rules have been created to ensure equal and non-discriminatory access to terminal capacity for all market participants.

For reasons of security of supply in Finland and the Baltic countries, the LNG vessel can, if necessary, be anchored in a terminal port also in Estonia and transfer gas via Balticconnector. For this reason, the terminal rules have also been approved by the Estonian Competition Authority.

As the competent authority, the Finnish Energy Authority has confirmed the terminal rules of Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy (FLTF). FLTF is a 100 % subsidiary of Gasgrid Finland Oy.

The approved terminal rules, terms & conditions and contracts can be found on Gasgrid Finland’s website: Terminal rules, terms & conditions and contracts.
