Invitation for requesting FSRU Long-term Capacity for 2027 – 2032

Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy, a 100 % subsidiary of Gasgrid Finland Oy, as the terminal operator for the FSRU (Floating Storage and Regasification Unit) vessel Exemplar, which has been moored in the port of Inkoo since December 2022, is starting the long term capacity allocation process on September 15th, 2026. 

The rights and obligations of terminal users and the terminal operator are defined in the terminal rules package, which is available through the below link (Please refer to “The terminal regulation contract package for slots allocated to Calendar Year 2026 (1.1.2026-1.1.2027)”). These updated and Approved Terminal Rules will be effective on all capacities booked under this allocation.

Under the terminal rules section 8.3 Long-term Capacity Allocation Procedure, the capacity allocation process for the period between January 1, 2027, to December 1, 2032, will commence on September 15th, 2025. Applicants need to submit their terminal capacity requests by October 15th, 2025. The comprehensive timeline is described in the effective terminal rules. Please note that terminal users shall include documentation pursuant to clause 8.3.4 of the terminal rules along with the capacity request. 

Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy will be offering a total of 15 terminal slots of 950 GWh each for each calendar year as per below; 

2027: 15 slots (950GWh each) 

2028: 15 slots (950GWh each) 

2029: 15 slots (950GWh each) 

2030: 15 slots (950GWh each) 

2031: 15 slots (950GWh each) 

2032: 15 slots (950GWh each) 

Long-term capacity can be reserved flexibly for 1 to 6 years and the reserved capacity/slots within these years can vary (i.e no limit for minimum quantities or duration for reservations).
