Invitation for requesting FSRU capacity for Q2 & Q3/2023

Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy (“FLTF”), a 100 % subsidiary of Gasgrid Finland Oy, will be acting as the terminal operator for the FSRU (Floating Storage and Regasification Unit) vessel Exemplar, which will be moored in the port of Inkoo in December 2022.

The rights and obligations of terminal users and the terminal operator are defined in the terminal rule package, which is available at Gasgrid Finland’s website LNG floating terminal – Gasgrid Finland.

Pursuant to the terminal rules and specifically clause 1.3.12 of it, the capacity allocation process for the period between April 1 to September 30,2023 will commence on December 15, 2022. Terminal users need to submit their terminal capacity requests by January 9, 2023. The comprehensive timeline is described in the terminal rules. Please note that terminal users shall include documentation pursuant to clause 7.3.3 of the terminal rules along with the capacity request.

We expect the terminal to be unavailable for regasification due to maintenance for 24 hours during week 25 and for 48 hours during week 38. Please note that TSO unavailabilities may impact terminal send-out possibilities.

FLTF will be offering in total 14 terminal slots of 1 000 GWh as follows

June: 2
July: 2
August: 2
September: 3

Kindly note that the terminal capacity reservation will be made using the form in Annex 8 of the terminal rules.
