The Finnish Energy Authority has launched a public consultation on the Terms and Conditions of Balancing – consultation open until 31 October 2023

Gasgrid Finland has submitted version 4.0 of Terms and Conditions of Balancing to the Finnish Energy Authority for the approval process. The Finnish Energy Authority launched the public consultation on 10th of October.

According to the target schedule, the Terms and Conditions of Balancing would enter into force on January 1, 2024. The currently applicable Terms and Conditions of Balancing 3.0 are valid until the updated version will be effective. The public consultation will be open until 31 October 2023.

The published Terms and Conditions are in Finnish being the official version. However, the unofficial English translation of the version 4.0 of the Terms and Conditions of Balancing will be added to the consultation material in the beginning of next week.
