Spot capacity invitation for Q4 2024

Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy, a 100 % subsidiary of Gasgrid Finland Oy, as the terminal operator for the FSRU (Floating Storage and Regasification Unit) vessel Exemplar, which is moored in the port of Inkoo in December 2022 will offer the capacity for Q4/2024 on a spot allocation basis.  

As Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy aims to move to a calendar year-based allocation model, the Finnish Energy Authority has approved the Terminal Rules for the time 1.10.2024 to 1.1.2025. As defined in these rules the allocation of slots for this period will be concluded solely according to the Spot Capacity Allocation Procedure. All spot slots reserved before the publication of the last monthly update preceding the quarter during which a scheduled slot is allocated will be considered as part of the joint use concept as described in the Terminal Rules.

Spot capacity invitation for Q4 2024

Floating LNG terminal Finland Oy opens the Spot Allocation Procedure for Q4 2024, and requests interested parties to submit their Spot Allocation Requests from 06.05.2024 12.00 Finnish Time. If two or more requests for the same Scheduled Slot fulfil the conditions on the same calendar day, among such requests the Terminal Operator shall prioritize the Applicant on first-come-first-serve basis, according to the time stamp of request email received from an Applicant.

The Spot Capacity Invitation remains open until all Spot slots have been reserved.

Kindly note that terminal capacity reservations shall be made using the form in Annex 8 of the terminal rules. Also, please submit your company’s relevant documentation as described in Annex 8 and clause 5 of the terminal rules. In addition, applicants are requested to nominate vessel for the requested slot for compatibility study and vetting.
