Gasgrid Finland has published the information in accordance with Article 30 of the network code on harmonized transmission tariff structures for gas (‘tariff network code’).
The service price list for the tariff period 2023 enters into force on 1 January 2023 at 07:00 am. The document contains essential information on the tariffs, transmission and balancing services and the charge of centralized data exchange system of retail market.
In addition, Gasgrid Finland has published version 4.0 of the Rules for gas transmission, which includes changes to the Terms and Conditions of Balancing, the Gas Market Handbook, and the Terms and Conditions of Transmission Services. Version 4.0 of the Rules for gas transmission is published both in Finnish and in English (unofficial translation). A clean and track changes versions have been published.
At the same time, Gasgrid Finland publishes the Terms and Conditions approved by the Finnish Energy Authority at the end of November 2022: Version 3.0 of the Balance Management Terms and Conditions, Version 2.0 of the Gas Market Handbook (available in Finnish and Swedish) and Version 4.0 of the Terms and Conditions of Transmission Services (available in Finnish). The updated Rules and Terms and Conditions will enter into force on 1 January 2023 at 07:00 am.
