The Energy Authority will consult stakeholders on the terms and conditions of the transmission services and terms and conditions of Balticconnector capacity allocation mechanism. The consultation is open until 19 November 2021.
The current terms and conditions of the transmission services and Balticconnector capacity allocation mechanism are in force until 31 December 2021, and the new terms and conditions would take effect on 1 January 2022. The decision to confirm the terms and conditions will be valid until further notice.

The Energy Authority reserves the opportunity for interested parties to submit opinions on the terms and conditions. Opinions must be submitted to the Energy Authority no later than 19 November 2021 to the e-mail address: kirjaamo@energiavirasto.fi and with a copy to anni.karkkainen@energiavirasto.fi. Opinions can also be submitted to the Energy Authority by post to the address Energy Authority, Lintulahdenkuja 2 A, 00530 Helsinki.
Opinions shall refer to the following diary numbers:
- Balticconnector capacity allocation mechanism: 3050/533/2021
- Transmission services: 3073/533/2021.
If a opinion or its annexes contain confidential information, it should be clearly marked in the documents. In that case it is requested to provide a non-confidential version of the documents concerned with the confidential material covered or deleted.
