The Energy Authority reserves the opportunity for market participants to submit their opinions on the terms and conditions of Gasgrid Finland’s transmission services and the Gas Market rule book.

The documents have been updated mainly due to the new Inkoo LNG entry point. The updated terms and conditions of Gasgrid Finland’s transmission services and Gas Market Rule Book would enter into force on 1 January 2023. The corresponding changes to the rules that come with the terms and conditions will be implemented in the rules for gas transmission maintained by Gasgrid Finland after the Energy Authority has confirmed the terms and conditions of Gasgrid Finland’s transmission service and the Gas Market Rule Book.

Opinions must be submitted to the Finnish Energy Authority no later than 11 November 2022 to the e-mail address: kirjaamo@energiavirasto.fi with copy to buket.hertti@energiavirasto.fi. Opinions can also be delivered to the Finnish Energy Authority, Lintulahdenkuja 2 A, 00530 Helsinki. Opinions must refer to diary number 2236/050303/2022. Opinions must be submitted by 11 November 2022.
