Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy Pre-Capacity Allocation Procedure

Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy, a 100 % subsidiary of Gasgrid, as the terminal operator for the FSRU (Floating Storage and Regasification Unit) vessel Exemplar moored in the port of Inkoo since December 2022, hereby invites market participants to a pre-capacity allocation procedure for the year 2025.

To assess the interest in booking terminal capacity at the Inkoo terminal in 2025 Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy invites all market participants to share their preliminary non-binding interest as per the questionnaire. The information received from this questionnaire will be used solely by the Terminal Operator as an aid to define the scheduled slots offered in the Annual Capacity Allocation Procedure.

The Floating LNG Terminal Oy constantly wants to adapt as best as possible according to the demands and inquiries from market participants to provide the best services possible. In addition to the questionnaire regarding the calendar year 2025 the Terminal Operator invites all market participants to express if there is interest to book capacities for a longer time period than 1 (one) year. Any conclusions from this questionnaire could be taken into account for future updates of the Terminal Rules, but for the sake of clarity not in the Terminal Rules for 2025. Kindly also note that Terminal Rules and pricing are approved for a maximum period of 2 (two) years at a time when indicating interest in longer-term capacity.

The current Terminal rules and tariffs can be found at the Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy website: https://gasgrid.fi/en/fsru-en/services/#terminal-regulation. Before the beginning of the actual Annual Capacity Allocation Procedure for the year 2025, the Finnish Energy Authority (Energiavirasto) will need to approve the new terminal rules that are set to be in force at the beginning of the year 2025. The suggested rules for 2025 are currently under public hearing organized by the Finnish Energy Authority and can be viewed at: https://energiavirasto.fi/-/kuuleminen-floating-lng-terminal-finland-oy-n-nesteytetyn-maakaasun-kasittelylaitteiston-kayttoehtojen-vahvistuspaatoksesta

Please note that as per previously published UMM the FSRU vessel Exemplar will be at dry dock during the period 15.8.2025 00:01 Finnish Time to 28.9.2025 23:59 Finnish Time. No terminal operations will be available during this period. Other maintenance affecting the balancing area are not yet available.
