Gasgrid has updated its whistleblowing channel

Gasgrid Finland Oy wants to act responsibly and receive reports of misconduct from stakeholders so that we can continuously improve our operations and address any deficiencies. The company has updated its whistleblowing channel to comply with the EU Whistleblowing Directive. Reports of breaches of legislation or unethical conduct are welcome on the channel.

The channel is available in Finnish, Swedish and English at gasgrid.ilmoituskanava.fi. The site will instruct you to submit the report properly and save the ID for further tracking. The whistleblowing channel is a service maintained and developed by a third party.

Maintaining the anonymity of whistleblowers is very important in the use of the channel. An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to the whistleblower within one week of the report. Gasgrid’s misconduct investigation group may ask additional questions through the channel. The company will provide the whistleblower with a summary of the corrective measures of the investigation of the case within three months. If the matter does not fall under the scope of the whistleblowing channel, but is e.g. a safety observation, Gasgrid will direct the report to the correct channel.

The channel is for reporting misconduct only. If you have any other feedback, please use the contact channels at our contact details page.
