Safety training

We provide training and orientation on occupational safety and working practices for everyone working in the company. We also require our partners, stakeholders and subcontractors to operate in accordance with our safety principles. You must complete our safety courses if you work with us, visit the Inkoo LNG terminal or work in the Inkoo port area.

There are altogether three courses. The general safety course is obligatory for all stakeholders. If you visit the Inkoo LNG terminal area, you must also complete the LNG terminal course. The port area course applies to those who work in the Port of Inkoo’s movement and access restriction area. The course is mandatory from 1 June 2025, and is maintained by the Port of Inkoo.

Registering for Gasgrid’s safety courses

The first time you use the system, you must register with your personal email address (shared email addresses are not permitted). For information security and data protection reasons, we require email address verification for our courses.

Inkoo port area safety course

Safety training for the Inkoo port area must be completed if you work in an area with restricted movement and access (see image below).

The course takes about 5 minutes and is valid for one year from the date of completion. The system will automatically send a notification when the expiration date is approaching.

Instructions for creating a port area user ID:

Start by creating a user ID for yourself via this link:

Select your role as employee and your company as the employer/company that ordered the work.
Once you have created your user ID, log in to the training portal via this link:
https://inkoonsatamajoddbole.portal.gimletlms.com

Select the same role as when you created your user ID.
Log in with the user ID you created.
