Building the future

We face the challenge of building immense energy infrastructure and developing the existing gas platform. This would not be possible without thriving and competent personnel and a safe work environment.

In many ways, we are in unexplored territory, which is why it is particularly important to support our personnel. We are committed to continuous dialogue with our employees and we regularly collect feedback from them, for instance through the annually conducted personnel survey. Surveys and feedback from other channels are used to prepare concrete measures related to people and culture for the coming years. We involve our personnel in strategy work, operational planning and developing our activities. We support the personnel’s training and development paths and build a non-discriminatory and equal work community. Occupational health, safety training and an inclusive work culture are key priorities. We promote gender equality and non-discrimination through pay transparency and training.

As a growing company, we also prioritise orientation for new employees and successful recruitment. We support managerial work through our own Gasgrid Academy.

Safety is essential to us. The goal is for our personnel and our contractual partners to be able to work safely each and every day. Our safety goal is zero lost-time injuries or deviations, and we are willing to work uncompromisingly to achieve this on a daily basis. Our safety culture rests on proactive safety work and every single Gasgrid employee is permitted and obliged to take care of safety. We are committed to providing our personnel with safety training, both face-to-face and online.
