Customer service

We are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the gas system around the clock and monitor its functionality every day of the year. We also ensure the proper functioning and development of the gas market. We support our customers according to their needs. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions!

We respond to customer service requests on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., within three business days at the latest.

Customer Service – Technical questions

If you are planning any activities near a gas pipeline, please contact us no later than three working days before starting the planned work. See further instructions from our Work near a gaspipeline page.

In case of any leaks or accidents related to the transmission pipeline, contact the control center emergency number at 05 3751 555 or the Emergency Response Center at 112.
