Invitation for requesting FSRU capacity for 2027 (1st of January – 31st of December 2027)

Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy, a 100 % subsidiary of Gasgrid Finland Oy, as the terminal operator for the FSRU (Floating Storage and Regasification Unit) vessel Exemplar, which has been moored in the port of Inkoo since December 2022, is starting the annual capacity allocation process for calendar year 2027 on July 15th, 2026.

The rights and obligations of terminal users and the terminal operator are defined in the terminal rules package, which is available through the below link (Please refer to “The terminal regulation contract package for slots allocated to Calendar Year 2027 (1.1.2027-1.1.2028)”). These updated and Approved Terminal Rules will be effective on all capacities booked for 2027.

Terminal Rules Comparison

Under the terminal rules section 8.4 Annual Capacity Allocation Procedure, the capacity allocation process for the period between January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027, will commence on July 15th, 2026. Applicants need to submit their terminal capacity requests by August 15th, 2026. The comprehensive timeline is described in the effective terminal rules. Please note that terminal users shall include documentation pursuant to clause 8.4.3 of the terminal rules along with the capacity request.

Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy will be offering a total of 21 terminal slots of 950 GWh each. The preliminary slot lengths, placement, and planned terminal maintenance can be found in the Preliminary Schedule.
