The Energy Authority has launched consultations on updated terms and conditions of Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy

The Finnish Energy Authority (Energiavirasto) has published a consultation on the application to amend the terms and conditions made by Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy for the Energy Authority. Current terminal rules are valid until 1.1.2027, and the amended rules now under consultation would be approved for the period 1.1.2027-1.1.2028. The consultation is open until the 27th of May 2025.

Over the past year, Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy has worked closely with its stakeholders to identify ways to further enhance the services offered at the Inkoo terminal. Regular discussions with market participants have provided valuable input on potential improvements and additional services. The proposed rules introduce new services and price reductions designed to respond to these market needs.
