Gasgrid has renewed its website – improved service for stakeholders

Gasgrid Finland has renewed its website to offer clearer, more up‑to‑date and more user‑focused service to its stakeholders. The renewed website was launched on 22 April 2026 at www.gasgrid.fi.

The website renewal responds to changes in the energy system and to Gasgrid’s expanding role as a developer of gas transmission infrastructure in Finland. Gasgrid develops infrastructure for gases such as natural gas, biomethane, hydrogen and e‑methane. The aim of the renewal is to make information easier to find and to provide content that better meets the needs of different target groups.

Clearer structure and improved discoverability

The website structure and navigation have been developed with a user‑centred approach. Key information is now easier to locate, and the site’s logical user pathways guide visitors smoothly to content that is relevant to their interests.

Particular attention has been paid to:

  • the accessibility of timely and reliable information
  • clearer content that better serves different target groups

The site also includes new content sections, such as project pages and content aimed at landowners, bringing together easy‑to‑understand and up‑to‑date information. The website has been designed in accordance with WCAG accessibility requirements.

Continuous development

Website development will continue after the launch as part of Gasgrid’s ongoing work to improve its services and stakeholder interaction. Feedback or suggestions regarding the website are more than welcome and can be sent to info@gasgrid.fi.
